Power Cage Squat Rack Attachments Adjustable Lever Arm Jammer Arms

Purpose – Increase overall strength and fitness to your exercise routine with our height adjustable Jammer Arms. When weight is applied to the arms, they will lean inward.
Usage – Use only on 2.35” x 2.35” upright poles with 1” mounting holes. NOTE – This must be installed on the outside of your cage or rack without weights on the weight plate holder and use a barbell collar to secure the weights. Great for general weightlifting and strength training. Sports include – Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and Martial Arts to name a few.
Materials – Casted in 11 gauge steel, rubber, and painted black with a low gloss, powder coat finish.
