HEAVY DUTY LOG BAR: Our Strongman Logs are constructed with high-quality steel. They have a black powder-coated texture for a strong and durable finish. They are strong enough to take the use of competitions across the state of Florida.
NEUTRAL GRIP LOG: A neutral grip reduces stress on the shoulders and wrists for all log press workouts. The hand grips are placed 6″ from the inside rubber edge and 24.4″ apart to create a relaxed, comfortable grip during use.
ESSENTIAL STRONGMAN EQUIPMENT: Due to the shape of the log bar, you can test your strength and engage a total body of muscles. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press, as the log bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean & press.
REMOVABLE LOG SLEEVES: You have the option to remove the sleeves and just use the lifting log by itself. This unique feature gives you the option to train proper technique before adding heavy weights. Each log features sleeves with a 2″ diameter to accommodate Olympic weight plates.
